At Hillcrest, “Our Stories Matter" is a core belief. We empower our diverse young people within an inclusive and engaging school community.
We believe that collaboration and Restorative Practices are the keys to creating a learning environment where students:
- take responsibility for their actions,
- apply conflict resolution techniques,
- build emotional skills and empathy,
- embrace forgiveness
- and learn to converse face to face.
