There are a number of information sessions and support for students as they transition to middle school.

• EMM staff visit to feeder schools
• Grade 5 and parent orientation evening
• Grade 5 "Thunderbird Walk" visit with their classes to EMM

Students in grade 8 will transition to secondary school.  The majority of Eagle Mountain Middle students move to Heritage Woods Secondary.  More information can be found on their website.
