We have a special presentation on Wednesday, December 5th.  During Morning Fitness, Evan Dunfee, Olympic speedwalker, will talk about his journey to

the Olympics.  He will also join us for Morning Fitness.   Evan placed 4th

in the Rio Olympics 2016.   Evan is collecting money for KidSport.  Students

and parents can bring a voluntary donation on the day.  If we raise $400, it will allow once child access a sport of their choosing.  Thanks to Mrs.

Sadowski and Ms. Charles for arranging Evan's visit.  Yes, even though Ms.

Charles is on maternity leave, she is still thinking about Walton!

Our Winter Concert is set for December 13th and 14th.   Please check our

school website for concert days and times.

A Message from Mrs. Sluis regarding Christmas Hampers:

Did you know that the  Walton Staff creates and donates Christmas hampers for families in our community every year?  This year we are asking for your help.  Donations of new, unwrapped toys/gifts for children aged 1 - 16 would be gratefully accepted at our Christmas concerts.  Let's make every child's Christmas merry.

Huge thanks from the Walton staff.

There will be an information meeting on Wednesday, January 16th, 2019, 6:00-7:00pm for parents interested in applying to the Mandarin Bilingual Program for Kindergarten and Grade 1 for September 2019.  On-line registration will go live shortly afterwards.  Selection will be done by lottery.
