We’ll host a short Welcome Back Assembly this Friday
(September 15), 9:00-9:30am. It’s a chance for our school community to
come together for the first time this year.
Parents are welcome to attend. Maybe I’ll show off one
of my latest model kits. Maybe I’ll show a vacation photo!
Our first Morning Fitness of the year will be Wednesday,
September 20th at 8:50am. Parents are also welcome to attend!
Our Open House is Thursday, September 21st,
6:00-7:00pm. We’ll be sending out more info our Open House shortly.
Basically, you and your child can come and meet the teacher in the
classroom. The Walton PAC is hosting a community BBQ event beforehand,

Friday, September 22nd is a Professional Day.
Students do not attend.
Our annual Terry Fox Run will be Thursday, September 28th.

Picture Day is Monday, October 2nd!
Students will have their individual portraits done by Lifetouch Studios.
Please make sure you complete the School Policy Forms.
I will be using that information to update our new 2017-2018 email distribution
list. I will stop using this current distribution list in the next
week. When I flip over to the new lists, I’ll send out a vacation
photo! How about that for an incentive? J
