Parkland Elementary Hot Lunch Program

September to December 2017

Hello Parents!

Welcome back to a new school year at Parkland Elementary

Our ordering system has gone GREEN!  Instead of filling out a paper order form,

parents place their hot lunch orders online using MunchaLunch.com!

Orders will only be paid by Credit Card!  (NO Cheques , Cash or Debit Card!!!)

We have moved to a new credit card payment processor, Stripe. We are excited about this change as payment    

               processing will be faster and easier for parents. Parents only need to enter their

credit card #, expiry, and cvc #. 

HOW TO REGISTER:

1. Go to: www.munchalunch.com/schools/parkland  
2. Click the "Register Here" (enter your name/email), Add your children, click "Order Lunch!"
3. Next time, just click the "Login Here" button to access your account.

Note1:  Online ordering requires a secure browser which can be downloaded here:

        ORDERING DETAILS:

• Online ordering will be OPEN on Sept 25/2017
• Ordering will close 8 days prior to the Hot Lunch Date. (E.g. Hot Lunch date is Oct 11th, closing will be Oct 3rd.) Once the Lunch date is closed, there are NO Cancellations. Please note if your child is ill on a lunch date, you are welcome to come and pick up their lunch but we cannot keep the food for them till the next day . Consistent with previous years, there are NO Refunds  as this is a PAC fundraiser. 
• We appreciate your support for our hot lunch program as the funds go towards general fundraising within the school.
  
   
  
  We are always in need of Volunteers!  There is a volunteer page in the online system where you can checkmark which dates you are available.  The lunch coordinator will then contact you with a proposed schedule.
