The City of Coquitlam is currently running a Hallo”green” Costume Contest, which challenges students to reduce their waste this Halloween season by creating costumes made from reusable and/or recyclable materials. This fun and exciting contest is open to all Coquitlam students in kindergarten to grade 12 from now until Thursday, October 31, 2013 at 4:30pm.
