​Division 15 has planned an art workshop at Evergreen Cultural Centre in Acrylic Landscapes on Tuesday April 23, 2024 from 12:30pm-2:30pm. We will be leaving school at 12:10 and returning at approximately 2:45.

We will need parent drivers and volunteers to stay for the workshop. Please ensure that you have completed the volunteer forms and submitted your criminal record check prior to the date. Email Mme Joy directly if you are available to drive and /or stay for the workshop.

To ensure that we have sufficient drivers and volunteers, the cut off date for sign up will be April 16th, 2024. Please sign up right away so we can avoid cancellation.

PLEASE NOTE: ICBC laws require booster seats until at least nine years old or 145 cm (4'9"), whichever comes first.

Although strongly encouraged, attendance is optional; therefore, if you do not wish your child to participate in this activity, alternate learning experiences will be provided at the school. We will require parent volunteers who will drive and supervise a number of students. Unfortunately, due to SD43 regulations and procedures, siblings cannot be accommodated. Please complete your form by no later than Monday April 15, 2024

While school staff take reasonable steps to prevent injuries to students, some degree of risk is inherent in the nature of activities and may occur without fault on the part of the student, School Board, its employees or agents, or the facility where the activity is taking place. By allowing your child to participate in this activity, you are agreeing that the activity described above is suitable for your child, and that there is a risk of injury associated with the activity.

No student will be denied access to this activity due to an inability to pay. Please contact the school’s principal to discuss a fee waiver.
Cost is $8.00 per student.​
