Dates: Monday, July 6 to Friday, August 14, 2026

Volunteers assist with escorting students, taking attendance, sign-in/sign-out, classroom support, and supervising lunch and snack breaks.

Shift Opportunities:

- Full Day: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (7 hours, including 30 min break)

- Mornings: 8:30 AM - 12:50 PM (4.25 hours)

- Afternoons: 11:45 AM - 4:00 PM (4.25 hours)

Requirements:

- Must be at least 14 years old (volunteers over 18 must complete a Criminal Record Check)

- Must be able to commit to a minimum of two weeks between July 6 and August 14

- Interest in working in a creative, hands-on arts environment

- Experience working with children is an asset

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help the festival run smoothly. It is a great opportunity to gain festival experience, meet artists and community members, and contribute to a vibrant city-wide celebration of art in public spaces. Here are some of the roles available during the festival:

• Audience coordination, ushering, guiding visitors between events
• Distributing promotional materials
• Signage placing and removing
• Supporting artists during installation and take-down
• Supporting daily operations, making sure events run smoothly and organized
