Heads up

HEADS UP: upcoming or currently running workshops, groups, or educational series for youth, parents and/or their families
Every month, FamilySmart hosts online events for parents & caregivers who are parenting a child or youth with a mental health and/or substance use challenge called “in the know”. We watch a video and share experiences and strategies that help in the hard moments and focus on strengthening our understanding and connection with our kids. Online events are facilitated by FamilySmart Parent Peer Support Workers.
SD43 is sharing a reminder about our upcoming presentation: Sleep Health for Children and Youth in the Digital Age coming up on Wednesday, January 21st from 6:30–8:00pm.
If you’re not able to attend, please register so the recording can be shared with you via email.
We encourage you to share this free, all welcome event with your networks including community members, practicum students, caregivers and those who work with children or youth.
