Textiles Club 

Textiles club is starting again! This drop-in club will be running Tuesdays in the Textiles room at lunch. This is a time to explore textiles interests such as hand sewing, crocheting, knitting, and weaving with the supervision of Mrs. Coghlan.  Students are welcome to bring their own projects and materials to work on, or they can use some available donated materials to explore and create their textiles visions. Art Leadership

There are many ways to be a leader at Summit Middle and here is one more opportunity...join Art Leadership Club! Some of the activities we do throughout the year are:  making posters and decorating for school events, visiting local elementary schools and doing crafts with the students and even hosting our own arts and crafts events.  If you are interested, please pick up an application form.  They are hanging in a folder on the Art Room window.  Application forms are due at the end of September.  Ms Ascoli will accept after this time as well but depending on club capacity.

Tech Crew

If you are interested in TECH (TinkerCad, 3D printing, laptops, Cricut, etc.) We want to form a group of "experts" who can help students and staff troubleshoot and use the different kinds of tech we have in our school.  Don't worry if you don't know how to use something, we are going to do some training in advance.  Meetings will be Thursdays at lunch.
