StrongStart is a free early learning program for families or caregivers and their children ages 0-5 years old. Parents and caregivers participate with their child in play based early learning activities including dramatic play, puzzles, blocks, stories, shared reading, music and art, designed to foster language, physical, cognitive, social and emotional development. Activities are designed and led by caring and passionate qualified early childhood educators. StrongStart centres provide opportunities for parents and caregivers to discover new ways to support their children’s learning at home and make valuable connections with children and families in their community.

Community partners may attend StrongStart sessions to share how they support you and your family. StrongStart educators can connect you with community resources.
