Learning Commons

Through its collection, programs and facilities, our learning commons has the following goals:

to promote and support literacy and the love of reading.
to provide access to information by offering a diverse collection of learning resources in a wide variety of subjects, levels and formats.
to teach students the skills necessary to access, evaluate and utilize information effectively and ethically in order to become independent lifelong learners.
to provide a positive and dynamic atmosphere where all members of the school community are welcome and the skills of being a life-long learner are modeled on a daily basis.
