Sept 10th and 11th Schedule

September 04, 2020

Dear Mary Hill Parents,

As you are aware, Registration Day will be on Thursday September 10th this year, followed by a Health and Safety Orientation for students on Friday September 11th.  In order to accommodate social distancing and our Stage 2 Health and Safety protocols, this requires us to create smaller groups as we plan the events on these two days.

Thursday is a very short, but important, registration check-in.  The schedule will be in 15 minute increments.  Please make every effort to arrive at your scheduled time that day. Tables will be set up outside according to alphabetical order.  More information will come to you next week on the details of how we will proceed with this in an orderly fashion to accommodate our need for social distancing.

We also have yet to finalize the details on the meeting places and door assignments for the Student Health and Safety Orientation Sessions on Friday.  We will send these details out to you early next week.  These sessions are for students only and will be approximately 60 minutes in length.

The schedule for these two days is attached.  As said, more information will follow about the procedures we will be using to accommodate our Stage 2 protocols on these days.

Note for New Kindergarten Students: Updated information about Kindergarten Gradual Entry will follow once we have our plans finalized.  It is important that you check in on Thursday morning along as part of the school-wide registration process. However, New Kindergarten students will NOT participate in the Friday break-out sessions for Health and Safety Orientation.
