Divisions 11 and 12, Mme Comartin and Mme Howard's classes, went to Evergeen Cultural Centre to participate in two visual arts workshops. They had an amazing day learning about the art of comics and making clay noise makers in the form of chameleons. On their lunch break, the students explored lafarge lake with their teachers. They also explored the gallery at Evergreen which was featuring the "Color Burst" exhibition. The students learned about abstract and realist art, various media, and line and color. They are looking forward to receiving their finished chameleons in about 3 weeks time!
