Week at a Glance – August Edition 


While there is a still a little over one week of summer break for our students, many staff members will be returning next week and are busy preparing for the school year. A big thank you to our caretaking team who has been busy all summer cleaning our school. 

This summer we had the district maintenance team in over the summer installing a new sink, urinals and toilets in one of our boys bathrooms. Two classrooms also received new blinds over the summer thanks to the support of our PAC. 

Upgrades have also been made online to all school district 43 websites. Please check out our new website and but please be patient as we try to upload some school specific information.

If you are aware of a family that has moved into our catchment, please encourage them to register at the office. The office will be open Monday August 31st – Friday September 4th August 29th 8:30 – 3:00.

School Supplies 

If you have ordered school supplies through School start and had them shipped to the school, they will be available for pickup on the first day of school. 

If you would still like to order school supplies please see the following school lists on our school website. 

Reminder that the school has purchased all duotangs for students and therefore families do not need to purchase. 

Kindergarten school supplies are bulk ordered and will be charged to families at the end of the month. 


New Students

We are very excited to be welcoming a large group of new students this year. Our student services team will have a table set up in the courtyard on the first day of school please check in there.
