Irvine Elementary School was opened in l969 as a Kindergarten to Grade 7 facility. It has had up to 630 students and at one point in the late l980’s it was the largest elementary school in Coquitlam. Our school is currently a dual track Kindergarten to Grade 5 school (English and French Immersion). Our school was named after Miss A. Irvine (pronounced Ervin).
