Welcome to Encompass 10–12

As Principal of Encompass 10–12, I am proud to share what makes our program unique. Encompass is a safe, caring, and flexible learning environment designed for students in Grades 10 to 12 who need an alternate space to complete their graduation requirements. We believe every student deserves a champion - someone who will never give up on them, who understands the power of connection, and who insists they become the best they can possibly be.

Our team is committed to supporting students academically and personally. At Encompass, learning is individualized. Students work at their own pace, receive one-on-one instruction, and have opportunities for small group learning. We focus on building confidence, fostering resilience, and creating meaningful pathways to graduation. Whether a student needs extra time, personalized support, or a different approach to learning, we are here to help them succeed.

Our Shared Purpose

At Encompass, our goal is to help students successfully complete their courses and graduate in a supportive, respectful environment. We work best with learners who are ready to engage in their education and take an active role in their success. This means students should be able to manage their time, follow instructions, and advocate for themselves when needed. We encourage flexibility, problem-solving, and accountability, while providing guidance every step of the way.

While we do not offer one-on-one tutoring or educational assistants, our teachers and support staff are dedicated to helping students build confidence and independence. Together, we create a learning experience that is personalized, structured, and focused on growth.

How to Access Encompass
Referrals to Encompass must come through the administration of the student's home school. If you believe this program could benefit your child, please connect with your school's administrative team. Together, we'll ensure the right supports are in place.
