Drop Off & Pick up

• As our school grows the pressure on our onsite parking will continue to increase.  In September of 2023 we had 175 students, currently we are expecting 350 students in September 2026.
• We strongly encourage you to walk to the school, or if you live far away drive and park legally on the street nearby. 
• Our roundabout is available, and there are a few parking spots, however the staff parking lot is for employee parking only.
  1. Please note that I do give permission for some parents to use the staff parking lot for different reasons.
  2. Parents who do not have permission are asked not to park in, or drive through, the staff parking lot.
• We do operate a “kiss and go” lane at the front of the school each morning, this allows parents to quickly drop their children without exiting your vehicle and has really helped alleviate traffic congestion in the morning.

Rules for Kiss and Go:

1. Pull all the way forward
2. Driver does not exit the vehicle
3. Children have supplies on their laps (not in the trunk)
4. Children exit vehicle on passenger side, not driver side

Student/Parent Traffic Safety

• Sheffield Ave is 30 km zone.
• No parking anywhere on the street beside a parked car- this is extremely dangerous.
• The staff parking lot is not a student drop off area or parent parking area.
• Exiting our parking lot is right turn only during pickup and dropoff times.  Please respect this rule to avoid congestion in our round-about
