Ottawa, May 30, 2013 –Canada’s national police force is asking for help from children and youth 14 years old and under to name six foals that will be born this spring at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) breeding farm in Pakenham, Ontario. “The Musical Ride is excited to once again invite youth from across Canada and around the world to submit their name suggestions for our foals,” said Sergeant Malcolm Eskelson of the RCMP Musical Ride Branch. “The Name the Foal contest has become an annual tradition we look forward to, thanks to the enthusiasm and creativity of the participants.”
Children are encouraged to submit their entries on the RCMP web site.
