Some very early deadlines usually fall into September, but it's definitely worth checking back throughout the school year. Also check the post-secondary institutions you are applying to - deadlines vary (UBC Entrance Scholarships: December 1, SFU Entrance Scholarships: December 15. Douglas College Scholarships: late March).

*Don't forget to ask your parents/ family members if they know of scholarships (i.e., employers, unions, homeowner associations, community associations, banks and insurance companies). Also check with your own employer, sports club, etc.​​​​​
