Please see the attached letter from the Superintendent about the labour dispute. As a school, we must proceed as if we will begin on September 2; however, should the school be behind picket lines this week, we will not be following through with activities for students that were already planned.
To date, the only thing that we have postponed is the EAL testing for new International Students and EAL students that is scheduled for Tuesday, August 26th. We do not have the staff to accurately assess student English level for appropriate class placement. Hopefully, we will be able to conduct our Gr. 9 orientation scheduled for Thursday. We will be in contact with you via email and phone should things change, and please remember to check our website for updates.
