​​​Each year, our Baker Drive Community is required to update our Action Plan for Learning (APL) in line with SD43 District and BC Ministry of Education policies. The document below is in a new format reflective of a more aligned plan of actions from Baker Drive Elementary to the Board of Education​'s Directions 2025 Strategic Plan and the SD43 Framework for Enhancing Student Learning  to the Ministry of Education's goals for continuously improving the British Columbia education system. The goals outlined in the document below reflect a commitment to continuously improving our community of practice for ALL learners with focus areas based upon our school-specific information (data) collected from a variety of sources.
