Community consultation events take place from April 7 - 21st, 2015, followed by three Board of Education Meetings where the preliminary budget, delegations and final budget will be presented and approved by the Board of Education. In addition we will also have a Twitter chat to connect with those who could not attend the meetings.

Special Public Meeting - Presentation of 2015 - 2016 Preliminary Budget
Tuesday, April 7th, 2015 - 7:00 p.m.
Winslow Centre Gymnasium
1100 Winslow Avenue, Coquitlam, BC
The School District will present the 2015/ 2016 Preliminary Budget to the community and will hold an Open House immediately after to provide the community an opportunity to speak to Trustees and key staff on their ideas and opinions.

Regular Board Meeting - Delegation Presentations
Tuesday, April 14th, 2015, 7:30 p.m. 
Winslow Centre Gymnasium
1100 Winslow Avenue, Coquitlam, BC
This will be an opportunity for delegations to present to the Board on specific aspects of the budget. If you or your group would like to make a presentation, contact the Office of the Secretary-Treasurer before noon on Thursday, April 9th, 2015 at (604)939-9201 or email gdowler@sd43.bc.ca

When calling or emailing, please provide the following information:
1) Name and telephone number of spokesperson;
2) A written explanation of the budget matter you wish to cover must be presented; recommendations and suggestions on how to address our budget issues are helpful.

This one hour session is a virtual avenue for the public to give input into the preliminary budget. @sd43bc will be using the hashtag #sd43budget to facilitate the conversation.

Special Public Board Meeting - Final Budget Presentation and Board Approval

The annual budget will be presented to the Board for approval. This final budget would incorporate changes requested by the Board based on public input.
