Today your child will be bring home a package from the school that includes a letter from the Principal, Student Information Forms, Emergency Contact Form and an optional Insurance form.
Please return the updated Information form and completed Emergency Contact form as soon as possible. Be sure BOTH ARE SIGNED.
On the second page of the letter you will also find direction on submitting your Volunteer forms and the most important Medical forms.
Attached is a copy of the letter from the Principal.
