Students will be dismissed at 1:15pm in order to accommodate the afternoon Parent-Teacher Interviews.  A special bell schedule will be arranged for classes on the 18th so students will attend all classes that day.

 

Parents and guardians are reminded of the Parent-Teacher Interviews on the 18th to discuss your child's academic progress with the teachers.  The interviews can be arranged two ways.  Parents can schedule afternoon appointments with teachers from 1:30pm to 4:00pm by calling the school, 604-939-6656.  Our secretarial staff will assist parents and quardians so you can meet with all staff.  Please call our office on Tuesday, November 16th to Thursday, November 18th from 7:30am to 4:00pm to book the afternoon appointments with the teachers.  Each appointment is 10 minutes and the interview is held in the teacher's classroom.  The second way to meet with teachers is in the evening at a drop-in session from 6:00pm to 8:00pm in the main gymnasium.  The staff is located at desks around the gym perimeter.  These interviews are 10 minutes in length as well.  Parents unable to attend may wish to contact staff to make an appointment at a mutually convenient time.
