Report Cards distributed on Monday, November 19th, 2012 in the Phoenix Class

Our first Formal Report Card is distributed on Monday, November 19th.  The report card includes letter grades for grade 9s and percentages for grades 10-12, as well as work habit symbol of "Good, Satisfactory or Needs Improvement" and behaviour/academic comments.  The report card reflects the student's academic progress from September 4th to November 8th, 2012.
 
Parent-Teacher Interviews are being held on Thursday, November 22nd.  There are two sessions:
 
1. Afternoon appointments can be scheduled by calling the school office at 604 939 6656 to book an appointment betweent the afternoon hours of 1:30pm to 4pm with your son or daughter's teachers.  The appointments are 10 minutes in length.  
 
2. Evening interviews are held in the PMSS gymnasium from 6-8pm.  This is a drop-in style where parents can meet with teachers who are located in the gym. 
 
We hope to see you at the interviews.  If you cannot make these times please contact the teacher directly to have a converstation regarding your son or daughter's academic and work habit progress.
