Eligibility:

Have completed high school (or earned high school equivalency credential) by Spring
Be enrolled in a 3 years or less career or technical degree/certificate program in Fall that will lead to employment
Demonstrated critical financial need
Demonstrated perseverance in overcoming adversity
Be under the age of 30
Be a Canadian citizen
