Description: In recognition of the legacy of healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic, CIBC has invested $500,000 over two academic years (2020/2021 and 2021/2022) in the education of tomorrow’s healthcare professionals. The CIBC Future Heroes Bursary Program will inspire and support the next generation in their ambition of having a career in healthcare. For the 2021/2022 academic year, one hundred and twenty five (125) entrance bursaries will be available to students entering into their first year of a first degree, be it a bachelor, diploma, or certificate, at an eligible institution, in an eligible program. Each scholarship will be valued at $2,500 CAD and is available for a one-year award.  Please see the list of eligible institutions and programs.
