Good Morning,
My name is Diana Diggle and I am working with Leslie Bennett as her assistant on your Audiology Team for SD#43.
Our goal is to check every grade 2 student in your school, any new students to your school and any other student you may have concerns with regarding their hearing.
Could I please ask for the following day:
Wednesday, April 3rd
On the day of the screening I only ask for a quiet place to test the children, with access to power for my equipment and a runner who is familiar with the school.
I generally arrive first thing in the morning so I can be ready to go as soon as school starts.
Also find attached the forms with further teacher information and blank list pages for the staff to use.
Once the forms have been filled out please scan them and return them to me at ddiggle@sd43.bc.ca before the screening date-with thanks😊
Let me know if this date works, if not we will find another date hopefully within April. Please know that if you have any concerns with other students throughout the year I will happily come in and test them for you at any time.
