Safety First

Protection from Covid, flus and colds are all best defended by wearing our masks properly, washing our hands, respectfully distancing, sleeping enough... and sleeping well. Keeping our hands off our face is ideal, too!

R is for Respect

Thank you for showing empathy to others this week and always! Our kindness tree, Kirby is a beautiful visual reminder to pause and consider others as we go about our day showing kindness and compassion. Research says we are happier when we are kind which means learning comes more easily, too!

Birthdays

Today, Happy Birthday to Jakob and Isabella. This weekend, Happy Birthday to Griffin, Valentina, Jayden, Mya, Jun-Hee, Arsum and Ella! Did you know that earlier this month, Mr. Lee celebrated his birthday, too!?

High Fives

Pink shirt day is on Wednesday next week! Thanks to Ms. Donais for picking up this year's order of pink shirts and hoodies for Angis to give out. A total of $17,000 was raised for KidSports!

Our many leadership students worked hard to make sure we all felt like part of the community this week! Thanks for organizing our candy grams with Ms. Egelstad and Mme. Grayston!

Christine had been busy recognizing RAC recipients along with Annarin who has been working on the display on the 3rd floor! Cool beans!

We made $650 with our Krispy Kreme donut fundraiser! We sold 130 dozen out of the 100 dozen made a day! Jude and Kevin made light work of the deliveries yesterday!
