Reminders from Ms. Jung

Safety First

Masks are polluting our oceans and if each of us wears a new mask every day, that is a total of over 2000 masks a week at our school alone. Ouch!! Let's wash our reusable masks regularly and have a spare handy for just in case. Simple green ideas simply make sense. 

Can you think of other ways to ensure you are creating less waste?

R is for Respect

Stay on your side!! Please help us maintain a safer and more gradual return to normal play by staying in your zone. Water and Earth pod students should not be playing together yet. Fire and Water pod students can play on the south sports court side while Wind and Earth students are on the playground side of the school!

Halloween 

Show respect by practicing self regulation skills like mindful breathing and being mindful of how distracting behaviour makes it hard for everyone to get work done. Making good choices also means planning ahead so that you have a fun learning day tomorrow in an outfit that is safe and easy to move in.

There is a practice after school tomorrow at 3:15 on the grassy field. Bring your mouth guard or see Ms. Jung! 

Volleyball

Grade 6 volleyball you have practice today at lunch.
