Good Afternoon Future École Moody Middle School of the Arts (ÉMMSOTA) Families.
We know this has been a very unique and in many cases trying Spring, and the unknowns of your children moving to a new school is just one of many considerations for all of you. We really appreciate all you are doing as parents to keep your kids engaged in learning and hopefully to reassure them that everything will be OK and back to some normal soon enough.
I thought I would send a quick update on some items coming your way in the next week, that will help you and your children with the transition to École Moody Middle School of the Arts.

- Next week we will be sending you and your children a “Welcome to ÉMMSOTA" Virtual Tour so you can see and hear a little about our school before arriving in September. We will likely post on Stream (Microsoft Office) and YouTube, so everyone can access. We are just completing final touches now. Keep your eyes out for the link early next week.
- Ms. Jung and I will be hosting a Parent (and student) Orientation on ZOOM next Wednesday June 10th at 6:30 PM. We will give a quick overview of the year ahead and answer some frequently asked questions that you have shared with us through our surveys. We should be no more than 45 minutes to an hour. You and your child are welcome to attend online together. We are using the Zoom platform only for parent communication so please do not share the link with your child for their individual use.
