Tech Tip Tuesday -  Take time this week to notice what position your head and neck is in. If it's not in an upright neutral position, you want to make sure you take regular breaks to go the full range of motions with your head – turn left, right, up and down!  WE Leadership Announcements - It's the beginning of February and the first week of the WE Leadership Friendship Fair - this Thursday, we're serving SOUP.  Taco or Chicken Noodle Soup.  Bring your own bowl/mug/spoon and join us in the MPR/Cafeteria for some soup.

For Gr 8 students going to PMSS - tonight is the PMSS Parent info evening, from 7-8pm.  This is an introduction for grade 8 parents to the differences between Middle and Secondary school settings.  Parents will receive an explanation of course selection process.  All parents are encouraged to attend, so that they can learn more about what opportunities and challenges are ahead for the transition into secondary school.
