Spirit Team - Halloween is almost here! On Thursday Oct 31st, at lunch we are holding the annual costume contest! The categories are scariest, funniest, best duo, best group and best overall. We'll have prizes! Get your spooky on Moody!
Jersey Day - Spirit team would like to thank everyone for getting involved in our jersey day event last Friday. We'll have another spirit day the third week of November. The division with the most participation wins an ice cream and sorbet party! Drum roll.... 100% participation was Div 4!!
Are you interested in learning more about coding? If you are, come to the learning commons room next Tuesday at lunch to learn about a program called Scratch. You'll have the opportunity to join other middle schools later on this year in this new and exciting coding club! For more information, please see Ms. Paquette or Ms. Leonard
Volleyball playoffs - here at Moody next Monday! Everyone welcome to come and watch, and cheer on our Girls Grade 7 team. Remember to bring your Loonies and Toonies on Monday as we will have a concession after school selling pizza, drinks and other snacks.
Boys Gr 7 volleyball team also have playoffs on Monday. The boys will play at Monty Middle. Good luck to both teams!
Gr 8 girls volleyball - a shout out for their great performance yesterday! There will NOT be a practice on Monday after school as Moody is hosting Gr 7 districts. See you Tuesday morning at 7:45
After School programs - Games Zone starts today. Meet in the Youth Lounge.
Ski & Snowboard Club! All students interested in joining ski & snowboard club - we will have our first meeting next week on Tuesday Oct 29 in Mme LeBlanc's class (room 202) at lunch. Come to the meeting if you want information and the sign up package for ski & snowboard!
Munch A Lunch next week is sushi and booster juice so be sure to order by Saturday!
