Kindergarten Registration starts Tuesday February 2nd at 9:30am. You can find all of the documents that you need on our webpage under the About Leigh tab where you will see the registration link. You will find the funding eligibility checklist at the bottom of the page which will let you know about all of the documents that are required for registration. We hand out the registration forms on the day of registration.
Please note that February 2nd will be a very busy day at Leigh. This is also the day that Leigh will be a polling station for the Coquitlam-Burke Mountain riding by-election. It is also the day that we are doing our student led conferences and the Me to We club is doing a used book sale. Please give yourself plenty of time in the morning when dropping off your children. Whether you are coming to register your child, drop your child off, coming for student led conferences or coming for the used children’s book sale, and you are a registered voter in the Coquitlam-Burke Mountain riding, you can come and vote at Leigh Elementary even if Leigh is not your polling station. I have spoken with the Deputy District Electoral officer for this riding and he has assured me that they will have extra staff available to help with this day.
