Good Afternoon Irvine Community,

For the second year, Christmas Concert Tickets will be available online for families. If you do not have access to a computer or the internet, please get in touch with the Irvine Head Secretary at 604-941-3408 and tickets will be made available to you.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Tickets won’t  go live/show up online until  8:00AM Tuesday morning.  You will need an account in order to order the tickets so be sure and set up your account before tomorrow morning @www.eventbrite.com

Tues, Dec 19 at 1 pm

Wed, Dec 20 at 1 pm

 ( 3 concerts in total)

Concert Information

Concert goers will enter the school through the outside gym doors on the Wellington side of the building.  The doors will open 30 minutes before each performance.

Ordering your Tickets Info:

1. Click on to the link.  Go to www.eventbrite.com and search for “Ecole Irvine Elementary Winter Concert 2017”  I will send out an email in the morning at 8:00am with the link to the website as well.
2. Click on Select a date.
3. Choose the date of the concert you wish to attend
4. Press Register
5. Press Checkout
6. Complete Registration

A ticket will be emailed to your email address. Please bring that ticket or be prepared to show the Event Brite Ticket email on your phone when you arrive at the concert. 

Important to note – while there is only one ticket per email address, it is expected that families will use another email address to get a ticket for a spouse or partner.  Our hope is that this will facilitate access to tickets for two household families as well.  We have three performances. The school is holding back a number of tickets to accommodate those families without internet access or for any problems that may arise. 

Just a reminder to families that our Grade Five committee will be raffling tickets to the front row as part of their fundraising initiative for the Grade Five yearend celebration.
