After a 2 year hiatus - Breakfast with Santa and the Scholastic Book Fair can return this year! Saturday December 3rd - mark your calendar. This is the first of many reminders - we are a CASH ONLY event.
No debit or credit cards for entrance. Thanks for coming prepared with smaller bills! More information will follow in the upcoming weeks!

 
This year, Mr. Shannon has been given an amazing grant for our vulnerable families, so the breakfast will be a fundraiser for the PAC, to put towards replacing the beloved purple playground! (Which is EXPENSIVE!)
 
📣 A special note to Kindergarten and new-to-Irvine families--this event is a WONDERFUL way to get to know your school community better, in addition to being a whole lot of fun. We hope to see you volunteering and/or enjoying Breakfast with Santa! 📣
 

1. We need a planning committee... Many of my team have graduated on, so we need new helpers! If you can dedicate less than a month to helping out get it organized, please message me! We'll divide tasks and conquer. It's my last year at Irvine and I'd love to mentor someone to take over while I'm here to do so... Honestly, it's not a lot of time to dedicate if we get a good crew. I do hope that my core team can dedicate the hours for the day of the event also (with time to eat with your families). We will need to do a meeting EARLY next week.
2. We are looking for donations: monetary donations to help run the event or "new to you" items we can use to make up the very popular raffle baskets. Please message me to donate. You can drop off items at the office by Dec 1st so they can be put together in time. Really, everything is very helpful! We can amazingly make up fun things with odds and ends of donations... Gift cards, wine bottles... anything! Thank-you!
3.  We cannot run an event of this magnitude without volunteers. A sign up will be sent out in a few weeks. Please don't wait to see "if you're needed". I guaranteed you are. And if you sign up early, you get to pick what you want to do most!
4.  Anyone a budding photographer? Can you donate time to take photos with Santa for everyone? It would be for love of volunteering, with proceeds to the event...
5.  Our Santa retired... Do you know someone with a suit that would like to come and bring lots of joy to the kids? Okay Team Irvine - ready, set, go!!!
