As we move into winter weather and potential school closures/bus disruptions we'd like to share information regarding the unique Hazel Trembath situation.

• If the school is closed due to inclement weather, the decision will be made prior to 6:30 am.

• Please check the school and district websites for updates regarding school closures. 
  

• If for some reason school is open but buses are not able to run, this will be posted on the school website and an email sent to parents/guardians.
  

• If buses are not running but the school is open, parents/guardians have the option of keeping their child home or transporting their child to and from school. 
  

• The district will be plowing the old Hazel site to ensure the buses are able to operate in inclement weather. If for some unforeseen circumstance we are unable to use the current drop off location, the buses will use the previous location (Confederation Drive).
  

• ​We have contacted the city to ask them to plow the gravel parent parking lots. We are hoping this occurs but parents/guardians should be mindful of this situation and consider alternatives when travelling to the bus drop off and pick up.
