Graduation Transitions may not seem like a big deal but it is! You need Grad Transitions in order to graduate and it's worth 4 credits so yes, it's very important to complete.

You will be added to a OneNote class notebook by Ms. Weeks or Mr. MacDonald (check your school email for this invite). This is where you will submit all of your assignments. Check OneNote and your school email frequently for feedback on your Grad Transitions.

Interviews are a required part of Grad Transitions. STUDENTS CAN BE INTERVIEWED BY ANY ADULT IN THE BUILDING. A sign up sheet is posted outside the career/tech center for interview dates/times after Spring Break.

Final deadline for Grad Transitions is April 15, 2019! Students must complete all Grad Transitions to be able to buy tickets to the dinner/dance in May.
