Christmas Concert –
Dress Rehearsal is at 1:45 pm – parents and family welcome
Concert information – We have 2 concerts this year. We strongly encourage you to invite family members to attend our afternoon concert as seating will be limited during the evening concert. Thank you for your cooperation with this. Tickets are not provided by the school. BPAC has a fundraising “Ho Ho Hold the Seats” that you could win front row seats. More details below.
‘Toys! The Night They Come Alive’ will be held on Thursday, December 21st. The dress rehearsal will be at 1:45 p.m. and evening performance at 6:30 pm. The doors to the gym will open at 6:00 pm and at that time students are then asked to go to their classroom. All students should be attending both the rehearsal and the evening performance since they are all performers in the production.
Costumes
It would be great if the students could all dress up as toys – anything you might see in a toy store. For example, stuffed animal, toy soldier, Disney character figure, cowboy/cowgirl, transformer, robot etc. Feel free to get creative - Lego piece, Rubik’s cube, wrap up in a twister game mat. No need to go and buy anything – girls can always just wear a skirt/dress and a dollar store tiara and be a ‘princess doll’. Have no costume? - wearing red or green would do the trick too. Christmas Stuff: Ho Ho hold the seat sale begins tomorrow, Tuesday, November 21st! Win a pair of front row, reserved seats for the Christmas Concert, including delicious refreshments from the Christmas Concert Bake Sale. There's 6 pairs to be won and Melissa will be in the school foyer before school selling tickets on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. They are 1 for $2, 3 for $5 and 10 for $10.
The BPAC's very popular Reverse 50/50 Raffle will be back - stay tuned for ticket sales to begin next week. Win $500 just in time for Christmas! Tickets will be sold in Munchalunch as well as through Melissa on Tuesday and Thursday Mornings and possibly after school depending on parent volunteers. Squares completely sold out last year so get yours early!
