Interior Elder

"Welcome traveler to my traditional territory. We have lived and fished here for millennia since coyote brought the salmon up the river and created the narrows. I see you have followed the grease trail. Have you brought us your precious oolichan oil to trade for jade?
We use the oil to soften our wind-dried salmon and to use it as medicine to keep us healthy through the winter.
You may cross the narrows and find the jade knowledge keeper to make a trade."
