Updates for Oct 1, 2026

Thank You for Joining Us!

• Thank you to all the parents and families who joined us for our first PAC meeting on October 1. We were so encouraged to see so many families there and appreciate everyone who took the time to attend, share ideas, and get involved. We’re looking forward to a great year ahead and hope to see you at our upcoming meetings and events!

Hot Lunch is Back!

• Munch-a-Lunch is now open! Please make sure to move your child to their new class and place your Hot Lunch orders. Please note: Our first Hot Lunch is October 20, and orders must be placed by October 13.

All PAC purchases and orders can be made at www.munchalunch.com.

Optional PAC Activity Fee Fundraiser

• The PAC Activity Fee is now available on Munch-a-Lunch as an optional PAC fundraiser. This is not a required school fee. Instead, it gives families the option to make a financial contribution to PAC, particularly if they may not be able to volunteer their time during the year.
• Funds collected go directly toward supporting our students and school community. Last year, PAC funds helped with technology upgrades, GymSense, community events, and many other programs and activities throughout the school. We hope to continue supporting these opportunities this year. Participation is completely optional, and any contribution is greatly appreciated!

Halloween Movie Night – October 22

• Halloween Movie Night tickets are now on sale! Get your tickets early to make sure you get in! Movie Night will run from 6:15–8:30 p.m. Come in your Halloween costume or comfy PJs, and bring a blanket to sit on or your own chairs, as school chairs will be limited.
• There will be a concession on site during the movie night with drinks and snacks available for purchase (cash only).
• We will be doing a call out for volunteers for this event shortly. If you would like to be added to the event volunteer email list please email heritagemountainelementary.pac@gmail.com
