Please use the following checklist to ensure that all necessary information is included in the application in the order that is printed out below. Note that program personnel will not assume responsibility for following up on missing items.
To Begin: As soon as possible
- Inform your current school’s Gifted contact teacher and principal of your intent to apply to the program
- Complete online application form
- Prepare and attach parent letter of support to your application form.
Considering the program description and criteria stated, please write a letter of support for your child’s application to the District Middle Age Cluster Class Committee. Please limit your letter to two written pages or one typed page.
Well before the Deadline:
- Deliver Copy of Application form and Parent Letter to your School’s Gifted Contact teacher for delivery (no later than Monday, January 12th)
