For students entering Grade 9, 10, 11 or 12 in September 2018. This course is for ELL students at the beginner level, Level 1 or 2. It is designed to help students who are new to Canada or the English Language in improving basic English skills in the areas of speaking, listening, reading, writing with an emphasis on oral communication skills. In this course students will also be introduced to Canada and Canadian culture.

School District 43 students, please see your EAL teacher or counsellor to get your access code. You MUST have an ACCESS CODE to register online for the Canadian Studies 10 and Composition 11. English for Newcomer classes do not require an access code.
