Join us to help set up tables, put up lights and decorations.
Student volunteer hours? Need to record your hours let us know.

Event Volunteers! Help wanted. 11:00-5:00 am

We still have some opening at various station and different times.
We do however need a core group of volunteers to run event station until 4:30 am

Front of house:  

3 more  for  the 10:30-2 am  shifts- register guests and help at coat check.

Prize Booth and Activities:

3 more for the prize booth
2 for the sucker booth game
4 for the money booth game

Game Area Monitors

4 more volunteers for general help in Gym 1 and Gym 2

After Grad and Guest Tickets

Register for After Grad! April 27,28,29 at Lunch in main lobby.

Most students paid in the fall. Check the list posted by the office.

All Grads and Guests must be paid in advance. NO tickets at the door.

Guests must be approved by Mr. McCullough.

Tickets $30.00 payable to Pinetree After Grad.

 

After Grad Meetings:  7:00 pm in Room A100

Please park in the upper staff lot and enter by the main office.

Volunteer Call Out:  we need YOUR HELP with planning…

Committee Co-chairs, secretary, treasurer and general members.
Planning and event volunteers lead or assist with various tasks.
We try and meet only when necessary about 6-8 times during the year.
The tasks below need two organizers and some core volunteers.

Donations      get free stuff, prizes, send out thank you letters

Fundraiser     lead or assist with one fundraiser

Prizes             shop, wrap, organize prize booth…too fun!

Food               make or buy or get donated tasty treats/snacks

Games            arrange for activities, games and volunteers

Music             arrange /book music get student request list

*Set-Up &       set up tables, chairs, lights and media games

*Decoration    make stuff & decorate stuff, clean up stuff.

*Door              organize event registration  and front of house

*Coat Room    organize coat room check- in for the event

*Security         assists with event supervision and front of house

                         

      After Grad Event Help- Friday May 27

  • *30 volunteers to help with set up, tables, decoration and lights
  • Note we may be able to do some tasks on the Friday afternoon.

          

Event Volunteers- Friday 27  through Saturday 11:00-4:00 am

  • 60+ volunteers to assist or lead various activities, games or booths.
  • This is a fast fun evening!  Sign up for a station or front of house.

 

Stations          help at activity or game/media station, prize booth or food

Door               front of house  event sign in and other tasks  

Coat Check   tag’ n’ bag  coats, personal items and other tasks 

Security          assist with event supervision and front of house
