As we begin our second semester there have been several changes to our staff.  We welcome the following teachers to Pinetree…

Mr. Edward Roberts – ESL
Mr. Richard Cooper – Science
Ms. Melissa Edstrom – Home Economics
Ms. Clarissa Dingle – Planning, PE, Math
Ms. Joy Van Hove – ESL
Ms. Cheryl Woods – Vice Principal

     We also have two staff members retiring.   Mr. Jon Dingle, Vice Principal and Ms. Judy Gillan, Home Ec.  The staff, students and school community wish both of them a well deserved retirement.

     The first few days of semester two will be geared towards assisting kids with their timetables.  On Wednesday, February 1, 2012 no more student changes will be made.  Teachers and students will be embracing their new program of studies and teaching.  Report cards from semester one will be sent home on Wednesday, February 8^th with your son/daughter.  Please note attached letter from the district outlining why there are no marks on the grade 9-10-11 report cards.

Again, parents are encouraged to contact their son/daughter’s teachers should they be concerned and/or want information about their achievement.
