To complete this graduation transitions requirement, you must:
- Maintain a personal health plan and participate in at least 150 minutes a week of moderate to vigorous physical activity each year. Log on to LearnNowBC. (see the bottom of the school's homepage for the link.)
- Develop a long-term personal healthy living plan which includes exercise, positive health choices, emotional health and nutrition.
