Physical activity is an important part of an elementary school student's experience. It not only improves health, reduces stress and improves concentration, but also promotes healthy physical growth and development.  Exercise has also a positive influence on academic achievement, emotional well being and interaction with others.  Our sports programs aim to develop in our students a positive attitude and an interest in a range of physical activities and to raise awareness in making good health and fitness choices.

We have volleyball, basketball, Track and Field, Jogging Club, Como Lake Relays, Walk and Wheel Wednesdays, and other opportunities throughgout the year to engage students in exercise.  Stay tuned...
