​Hi Parkland Families,

Congratulations to our school community on making it through orientation week! We are looking forward to beginning in our learning groups next week and starting our learning journey for this school year.

Next steps:

Your teacher will be emailing a message today welcoming your child to their learning group and letting you know their meeting area for Monday. If you do not receive a message due to any email issues, we will have staff outside at the front entrance of the school on Monday morning who can let you know who your teacher is and where your child will be lining up.

Health Check Form:

Please make sure you fill out the bottom portion of the Health Check Form and return it to your child's teacher and keep the top portion as a reminder to make sure you do check the health of your child each morning before sending he or she to school – it's imperative that we all do our part to make sure our community stays safe and healthy.

Health and Safety Presentation:

I've attached the presentation from today's Health and Safety Orientation for any families who were unable to send their child to Parkland today. Please review this weekend. The presentation has also been uploaded to our Parkland school site PARKLAND HOMEPAGE

I've included the newsletter I sent out at the end of August outlining many new routines and structures, as well as information about Learning Groups and all the measures implemented to keep our school community safe and strong.
