Reminders from Ms. Jung
Safety First
Wash your hands well especially if you have been playing outside! We continue to eat lunch and maybe snacks at our desk as that keeps the respiratory droplets at our work station rather than in someone else's face! Using the vending machine at lunch? You should be eating and drinking what you've bought in class only!
R is for Respect
Buying something from the vending machine? Save it for consumption in class because this is the place to eat and drink!
Happy Administrative Assistants' Day!
Today, take an extra moment to smile, and wave hello at the ladies in the office! Mrs. De Groot at the front of the office and Mrs. Burdett work tirelessly behind the scenes for us. Our school runs smoothly because they are helpful at making sure everyone can come and go with little effort. They greet our guests and help them while keeping an eye on what is going on all through the school. Mr. Clay and Ms. Jung, especially, appreciate their hard work and hope everyone will join us in sharing just how much we enjoy having them in our office! We hope you have an extra special day today! Ms. Taylor-Hill who works at the office as well but is away right now, will be making an appearance today as well!
Be On Time
Being on time for learning at the start of the day, after breaks and during transitions from teacher to teacher means having all the right supplies for working, a charged device, and lining up quietly whether inside or outside, all through the day. Sound carries in our building so be respectful when moving through the halls! After all, it is Administrative Assistants' Day and we need Mrs. De Groot and Mrs. Burdett to be working without distractions!
Ambassadors
We have two groups going on a walking field trip to the Noons Creek Hatchery. Thanks in advance for being good ambassadors of ÉMMSOTA in public and while at the hatchery! That means you look, feel, sound and really are, respectful at all times!
Leadership
It's a wonderful feeling, Spring is here… and the COVID restrictions are lightening!
There is so much we can do now, so let's get celebrating!
If you are in Leadership, SLC or just want to help out, please join us TODAY at lunch in the MPR to discuss our options and begin planning!
Thanks, and have a great day!
